Shipping & Returns
Below are some common questions about shipping, returns, and exchanges
Shipping fees vary based on the item’s weight, dimensions, and your postcode. The shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout.
We partner with CouriersPlease (and occasionally Sendle) for reliable express road delivery services. All orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days from our Brisbane warehouse.
Estimated delivery times:
- Metro areas: 2–5 business days
- Regional areas, Tasmania and WA: Please allow up to 15 business days
After you order, you will be receiving an order confirmation from us. Please allow 24-48 hours for the orders to be processed and dispatched. Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with a tracking number and the link to the courier's tracking website. Please monitor your order delivery using the tracking number on the courier's website.
Occasionally orders may be lost during transit, or significantly delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, or if it's a regional location. Please contact us immediately via email at linh@bamboohomebody.com so we can help you track your order by following up with our courier.
Change or cancellation request must be made via email as soon as possible once you've placed your order. If the item has been dispatched and already left the warehouse, a return fee will apply. For order changes or cancellations, please contact us immediately at linh@bamboohomebody.com.
If you change your mind or the item does not suit the intended purpose, you'll have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. No questions asked. We'll offer you a store credit voucher in the amount equal to the price you paid for the product, less the shipping costs.

Kindly ensure that the item is placed back in its original packaging and ready for collection. We will send you a Return Shipping Label to stick on the items, and arrange a pickup from your given address.
If possible and safe to do so, you can leave the goods out at your front door and our courier will pick them up. You do not need to be present at the address to wait for the driver.

Our products are made from 100% solid, high-quality, sustainably sourced bamboo from Vietnam.
Bamboo is a strong, renewable, and eco-friendly material, as durable as hardwood. It regenerates and grows rapidly, and doesn't contribute to deforestation, making it a great natural material that can substitute wood in furniture products.
Yes! Unlike other cheaper quality bamboo products already in the market, we control our entire manufacturing process—from sourcing premium, sustainably grown bamboo to crafting each piece in our family-run factory in Vietnam. Our bamboo products are made thicker, sturdier, and a smooth, water-resistant finish, ensuring higher durability, better design, and long-lasting quality compared to many other bamboo products on the market.

Simply wipe with a damp cloth. Avoid prolonged exposure to moisture or sunlight to maintain its durability. Avoid soaking in water for long when washing with soap.
While bamboo is durable, our products are best for indoor use. If using outdoors, keep them in a covered area to prevent weather damage.
Yes, a lot of our products don't require assembly (i.e. they come already assembled for you), or require very little and simple assembly. However, for products that do require assembly, we include instruction manuals inside the product packaging. If you have an electric screwdriver, it will certainly make the assembly process quicker and easier.
Orders
Below are some common questions about your orders.
If in case you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately at linh@bamboohomebody.com. Just simply provide us your order number and a photo of the item you received (showing the product information) and we will arrange a delivery of the right item and collection of the wrong item as soon as possible.
Kindly refer to the Assembly Manual included on the package – take a photo of the assembly instruction identifying the missing parts and email to linh@bamboohomebody.com. We will immediately send the missing parts via express post.
If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or missing parts that affect its usability, please contact us within 21 days with clear photos or videos.
We will work with you to find the best solution, which may include:
- Sending missing parts or components
- Suggesting a self-repair with compensation
- Replacing the product (if available)
- Offering an alternative product or a refund
You are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund based on the issue. All warranty claims are assessed fairly, and we cover return and replacement delivery fees when applicable.
