Please allow 3–14 business days to receive your order. We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible - typically within 1–3 business days from our Brisbane warehouse. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 1–3 business days for metro areas, and up to 14 business days for regional or remote areas.

We partner with Couriers Please, Australia Post, and Sendle to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible.

To keep your bamboo pieces looking their best, simply wipe them with a soft, damp cloth and dry immediately. Avoid soaking in water or using harsh chemicals, as this can damage the natural bamboo. Keep them away from prolonged direct sunlight or very damp areas to prevent warping or discoloration. With a little care, your bamboo products will stay beautiful and last for years.

Because bamboo is a natural material, occasional splinters can happen - especially around edges or cut areas. If you notice any rough spots, you can gently sand them down using fine-grit sandpaper. After sanding, wipe the area clean with a damp cloth and let it dry. For extra protection and a smoother finish, you can apply a small amount of natural mineral oil or furniture oil.

We understand that sometimes a product might not be the right fit. To request a return, please email us at linh@bamboohomebody.com or submit a return request via My Account as soon as possible. We’ll send you a return shipping label and let you know when the courier will collect your parcel.

To be eligible, items must be unused and in their original packaging. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund (excluding original shipping). Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, unless the item is faulty or damaged.
